A Wedding to Remember

Q: How do I put photo images in order?
A: You don’t need to! Photozini will order your photos chronologically without you needing to do any work. We use the date and time information from your digital camera, which results in a photo diary effect.
If you want your photos in an order other that digital date stamp, you can make numbered folders to group together similar photographs—individual team members, classrooms, generations of a family—and Photozini will be sure to place those photos together. This works particularly well for photos from cameras with the date incorrectly set, or images that have been scanned.
Q: Do I get a magazine with the purchase of the Photozini Kit?
A: Yes. Our Photozini Kit includes our layout and printing services for one magazine. When you return the kit loaded with your photos, you will receive one magazine, your Photozini.
Q: How long does it take to make a magazine?
A: Photozini usually takes about three weeks to get your photos back to you as a magazine. If you need your Photozini sooner, expedited service and shipping is available by special order. Contact us to arrange this by clicking here.
Copies of existing Photozinis arrive in about 10 days.
Q: Do I need 150 photos to make a Photozini?
A: No. 150 is the maximum. You can use any number of photos, up to 150.
Q: What type of digital file formats do you accept?
A: Your Photozini can be created using many types of digital files, including JPG, TIFF, GIF, and PDF. The preferred file format is JPG, and the minimum size that prints well is 200k. For cover photos, select photos with file sizes of at least 1 MB.
Photos in the magazine are constrained to 3x4 and 4x3 aspect ratios. These are the standard aspect ratio for consumer digital cameras. In general, only images you have altered the size of would be affected by this constraint.
Q: When will I receive my Photozini Kit?
A: In stock Photozini Kits are shipped out next business day by first class US mail. Kits typically arrive within 2-4 business days.

Q: How do I use the Photozini Kit to get a magazine made from my photos?
A: You do a few simple things. Insert the Photozini USB card into a USB port on your computer. Copy your photos to the Photo Collection folder on the Photozini card. Of the photos in the collection, choose 3-5 for the cover and copy them to the Cover Photos folder. Open the Customer Info file and provide us with your shipping and contact information, as well as the title of your magazine. Eject the Photozini card, place back it back in the tin, and seal the tin in the postage-paid envelope. You are done. Drop in any US mailbox, and receive your photos as a magazine in about 3 weeks.
Q: How do I know if my returned Photozini Kit has been received?
